All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement, unless during the Holiday season or marked as back ordered with specific delay dates. How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order checking our email communication, by logging into your account or inquiring via support ticket.
How do I cancel/change my order?
We ask that you contact us immediately via support ticket to request to cancel/change your order. Unfortunately, once your order enters the shipping process, we are unable to cancel or make changes. If the shipment is returned to us due to an inefficient address then the customer will pay for the shipping to send it back out.
